AliExpressNederland.nl is returning to VraagAlex.com!

In the coming days, the website AliExpressNederland.nl will go back to its original name: VraagAlex.com. This change was not planned but has become necessary due to an unfortunate situation in which we were scammed by the company Freenom. This company transferred all .com domains without prior notice and without informing us, causing us to lose access to our well-known domain.

What happened?

For years, VraagAlex.com has been a trusted website where users could find information about orders, returns, and AliExpress products. However, without any warning, our .com domain was suddenly blocked by Freenom, making the website inaccessible. As a result, we had to temporarily move to AliExpressNederland.nl.

Upon further investigation, we discovered that Freenom was forced to surrender all its .com domains. Instead of notifying their customers so they could take action, they simply let these domains go. Because of this, we had no time to secure VraagAlex.com, leading to a very frustrating situation.

The return of VraagAlex.com

Fortunately, there is also good news: we have regained control of VraagAlex.com! In the coming days, the website will be fully restored to its original address, and all the information you need will be available once again.
